Join the Whiskey Crusaders on Sunday May 18, 2025 at 7pm for a Masterclass and Dinner with Kilchoman Distillery Global Ambassador and Islay native Emma McHarrie.  When Kilchoman opened on Islay in 2005 it was the first new distillery to open on Islay in 124 years and the only farm distillery on Islay.  Emma is only in DFW for one day and we are lucky to host her at the castle.  If you love peat you will love this masterclass.  This class is suitable for all levels of whisky experience from beginner to advanced.
