He is flying in from Canada for this extraordinary opportunity to learn about JP Wiser’s Canadian whiskies & Lot 40 Canadian ryes. Great Canadian whisky is a long-kept secret in Canada, but now it is here along with Dr. Don to explain them all.  Dr. Don Livermore is “The” preeminent master blender in the world. One of my favorite people and hero of whiskey folk everywhere. We are truly honored to have Dr. Don join us at the castle for this very special event. There will be special whiskies for education this evening and door prizes as well. Be prepared to be amazed by truly one of the finest gentlemen in the whisky business. Remember to bring your bottles to be signed by Dr. Don as well. Food pairings to be determined. This class is suitable for all levels of whiskey experience from beginner to advanced.
