Join the Whiskey Crusaders for an exceptional evening exploring the rich, sherry-driven world of The GlenDronach with North American Brand Ambassador Rory Glasgow.

Founded in 1826 in the Scottish Highlands, The GlenDronach has built its reputation around richly flavored single malt Scotch whisky and a deep commitment to maturation in exceptional sherry casks.  After 200 years the distillery remains celebrated by whisky enthusiasts for its bold character, dark fruit, spice, and unmistakable sherry influence.

For this special Masterclass & Dinner, Rory will take us through the history, production, maturation, and evolution of The GlenDronach while we taste our way through the new ode to series along with others.

🥃 A Special Comparative Experience

One of the highlights of the evening will be a tasting paired with cheese, but with a twist: we will taste the whiskies from both a traditional wine glass and a Glencairn glass.

This hands-on comparison will allow us to explore how glass shape changes the way we perceive a whisky’s aroma, flavor, texture, and finish. Each whisky will also be paired with a carefully selected cheese, creating another layer to the tasting and demonstrating how food can transform the experience in the glass.

The tasting won’t stop there. Throughout the masterclass and dinner, we’ll explore The GlenDronach 12 Year, The GlenDronach 15 Year Revival, the three bottles of The Ode Trilogy, and various additional expressions from The GlenDronach, Benriach, and Glenglassaugh.

With multiple whiskies, a side-by-side glassware experiment, cheese pairings, dinner, and Rory Glasgow guiding us through three distinctive Scotch whisky distilleries, this will be one of our most interactive and educational Scotch masterclasses of the year.
