Todd will take us deep into the history and craft behind Leopold Bros., including their remarkable Three Chamber Still—a revival of a historic American distilling method once used to create the rich, heavy-bodied rye whiskeys of the pre-Prohibition era. We’ll explore how this unique still changes flavor and texture while tasting several exceptional aged expressions, including a 9-Year Three Chamber Rye and an 8-Year Bourbon finished in a Three Chamber Rye barrel.
