Founded in 2018, Penelope has built its reputation around approachable American whiskey, creative blending, and experimentation with different grains, barrel finishes, and maturation techniques. Beginning with its signature Four Grain Bourbon, the portfolio has grown to include bourbon, rye, wheated whiskey, toasted expressions, unique finishes, and limited releases.

For this masterclass, JD Whittemore will take us through a wide range of Penelope expressions, giving us the opportunity to compare different mash bills, whiskey styles, barrel treatments, and ages—including the impressive Penelope 18 Year American Light Whiskey.
